美国修改对华双轴土工格栅反补贴肯定性初裁

2016年7月25日，美国商务部发布公告，对华部分双轴土工格栅（Certain Biaxial Integral Geogrid Products）反补贴肯定性初裁作出修改：裁定青岛旭域土木材料股份有限公司（BOSTD Geosynthetics Qingdao Ltd.）反补贴税率为5.19%，泰安现代塑料有限公司（Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd.）反补贴税率为20.79%，其它25家涉案企业的反补贴税率为119.13%。中国普遍税率为12.99%。

2016年2月8日，应Tensar Corporation申请，美国商务部对中国双轴土工格栅产品进行反补贴立案调查，涉案产品海关编码为3926.90.9995、3920.20.0050和3925.90.0000。2016年6月24日，美国商务部发布公告，对华部分双轴土工格栅（Certain Biaxial Integral Geogrid Products）作出反补贴肯定性初裁。
