欧盟对华中厚板作出反倾销肯定性终裁

2017年2月28日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，对原产于中国的中厚钢板（heavy plate of non-alloy or other alloy steel）作出反倾销肯定性终裁并对涉案企业征收反倾销税（详见下表）。涉案产品欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 7208 51 20、ex 7208 51 91、ex 7208 51 98、ex 7208 52 91、ex 7208 90 20、ex 7208 90 80、7225 40 40、ex 7225 40 60和ex 7225 99 00；欧盟TARIC编码为7208512010、7208519110、7208519810、7208529110、7208902010、7208908020、7225406010、7225990035和7225990040。
2016年1月4日，欧洲钢铁协会（European Steel Association）代表欧盟25%厚钢板生产商对原产于中国的厚钢板提起立案申请。2016年2月13日，欧盟对华涉案产品启动反倾销立案调查。2016年10月7日，欧盟对原产于中国的厚钢板作出反倾销肯定性初裁并征收临时反倾销税。本案倾销调查期和损害调查期为2015年1月1日～2015年12月31日。
