美国部分取消对华晶体硅光伏电池反倾销行政复审

       2016年7月21日，美国商务部发布公告称，应各当事方提出的撤销申请，决定部分取消对华晶体硅光伏电池（无论是否组装入模块）的反倾销行政复审，取消对包括晶科能源控股有限公司（Jinko Solar Co., Ltd.）、晶科能源进出口贸易有限公司（Jinko Solar Import and Export Co., Ltd.）、晶科能源国际有限公司（Jinko Solar International Limited）、英利绿色能源国际贸易有限公司（Yingli Green Energy International Trading Company Limited）、浙江晶科能源有限公司（Zhejiang Jinko Solar Co., Ltd.）5家涉案企业的反倾销行政复审。

2012年12月7日，美国商务部开始正式对华晶体硅光伏电池（无论是否组装入模块）征收反倾销税。2015年12月1日，美国商务部发布公告称，有关利害关系方可以书面申请行政复审立案。2016年2月9日，美国商务部启动本次行政复审，开始对44家公司进行反倾销行政复审调查，调查期为2014年12月1日～2015年11月30日。涉案产品海关编码为8501.61.0000、8507.20.80、8541.40.6020、8541.40.6030和8501.31.8000。
