美国对华钢格板作出反倾销行政复审初裁

2016年4月13日，美国商务部发布对中国钢格板反倾销行政复审初裁公告，裁定宁波海田国际贸易有限公司（Ningbo Haitian International Co., Ltd.）未有效证明其单独税率地位，适用中国普遍反倾销税率；烟台新科钢结构有限公司（Yantai Xinke Steel Structure Co., Ltd.）在本次行政复审调查期内无可审查交易。美国商务部将于本初裁公告发布之日起120天内作出该行政复审案终裁。

2015年9月2日，美国对中国的钢格板进行反倾销行政复审立案调查，调查期为2014年7月1日～2015年6月30日，涉案产品海关编码为7308.90.7000。
