美国对华木制卧室家具作出反倾销行政复审终裁

2016年4月11日，美国商务部发布公告，对原产于中国的木制卧室家具作出反倾销行政复审终裁：

1. 中国普遍倾销幅度：216.01 %。

2. 以下企业未能证明其单独税率地位，适用中国普遍倾销税率。

（1）Shanghai Jian Pu Import & Export Co., Ltd.；

（2）Baigou Crafts Factory of Fengkai；

（3）Dongguan Hung Sheng Artware Products Co., Ltd., Coronal Enterprise Co., Ltd.;

（4）Hualing Furniture (China) Co., Ltd., Tony House Manufacture (China) Co., Ltd., Buysell Investments Ltd., Tony House Industries Co., Ltd.;

（5）Orient International Holding Shanghai Foreign Trade Co., Ltd.;

（6）Prime Wood International Co., Ltd, Prime Best International Co., Ltd., Prime Best Factory, Liang Huang (Jiaxing) Enterprise Co., Ltd.;

（7）Woodworth Wooden Industries (Dong Guan) Co., Ltd.

3. 以下企业在复审调查期内无可审查交易：

2015年12月14日，美国对华木制卧室家具作出第十次反倾销行政复审初裁。此次行政复审涉及18家中国涉案产品生产商，调查期为2014年1月1日～2014年12月31日，涉案产品海关编码为9403.50.9042、9403.50.9045、9403.50.9080、9403.50.9041、9403.60.8081、9403.20.0018、9403.90.8041、7009.92.1000和 7009.92.5000 。
